Dr. Bob first worked on a treatment for improving memory to help alcoholics who

Dr Bob said to try number one first for three months.
I.
1. Maxilife multivitamin and mineral in AM and PM.
2. 100 mg of Ginkgo biloba in AM and PM.
3. 125 to 250 mg CDP choline in AM and PM. Your age, tolerance, and body weight
should determine your dose.
4. 300-500 mg vitamin B5 in AM and PM. Vitamin B5 can be slightly acidic and Dr.
Bob advised crackers to neutralize the acid.
Note: Number 1 should not be discontinued for at least 3 months.
II. You can begin number II, 1-3 months after you start number I.
1. Maxilife multivitamin and mineral in AM and PM. If you are still doing number
I then maintain Maxilife dose (do not double dose).
2. Deprenyl (Selegeline HCL) as advised by your doctor. This is a prescription
medication in the United States.
3. 500 mg of L-phenylalanine in the AM. This improves brain function.
4. 400-600 IU of dry vitamin E or natural vitamin E, or 1200 IU of synthetic E.
If you are using blood thinners, check with your doctor before using vitamin E.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant in the brain and improves brain circulation. Both
help the brain.
Note - continue at least 3 months.
III. You can begin number III, 1-3 months after you start number II.
1. Hexanicotinate (niacin) 75-150 mg in the AM and PM. Read article on this web
site about niacin, called, "Anti-Death Vitamin."
2. 45 mg of zinc picolinate. Helps improve many functions.
3. 200 mcg of chromium picolinate in the AM and PM. This can improve energy at
cell level, which can help brain cells.
4. Maxilife multivitamin and mineral in AM and PM. If you are already using
Maxilife, maintain the dose, do not increase it.
Note – In order for these anti-aging ideas to be successful, you must use
