Aluminum is Toxic |
Aluminum is a substance that the body must detox and then eliminate. It is a
metal that makes great problems. Don't drink it, don't eat it! Our modern world
produces a lot of poisons in our air, our food, and our water. Many of these
stresses cannot be controlled and will result in poisons accumulating in the
body. It might be prudent to eliminate the poisons you can control in order to
maximize your potential health. Aluminum is one stress you can eliminate.
This writer had a tender spot in the right armpit. It had been tender for about
a month. It was not getting better. I thought I might have to see a doctor to
diagnose the tenderness. Then I got ready to write this article on aluminum. As
I was writing, a little voice in my head said "check the deodorant, it has
aluminum in it." I jumped to the bathroom. The deodorant had aluminum
listed as an active ingredient! I had switched deodorants one month ago! I
stopped using it. The tender spot disappeared in several days. I told this story
to a friend. This friend then told me she had stopped using deodorant because of
pain under the armpits. She used baking soda as a substitute for deodorant, due
to the pain. She checked her deodorant and it had aluminum!
Note - Many antacids have aluminum in them. Read the labels carefully.
Note – In order for these anti-aging ideas to be successful, you must use
supplements of the highest quality. Dr. Bob often said, "almost all
supplement companies produce poor quality." You can consider the product
page of this web site. Almost all the products met Dr. Bob’s approval.
Since he passed away we have attempted to keep the same high standards.
WARNING: DO NOT STOP ANY TREATMENT OR MEDICATION YOU CURRENTLY USE. CONSULT WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING THE USE OF SUPPLEMENTS.
