Dr. Bob was a MD internal medicine, orthomolecular doctor, MD psychiatrist, chiropractor, and healer 65 years. He was a diabetic who lived to 108 years with only 1 side effect 2 years before he passed away. He was also psychic. I was a first hand observer of at least 4 psychic abilities Dr. Bob possessed.

I asked Dr. Bob why many problems exist between the black and white men in the United States. He said he would ask the spirits; Dr. Bob was psychic and could communicate with spirits.

Dr. Bob explained blacks started off as slaves - possessions. They were not rewarded for energy, honesty, effort, and so on. In other words blacks were exploited and treated like things - possessions. So what is happening now, is trust must be rebuilt and pride regained by blacks.

The spirits said the following ideas can help rebuild trust and pride between black and white. Address blacks with respect. Address them the same as whites would be addressed, such as Mr. or Sir. Involve them; listen to their opinions of how the work situation can be improved. Give them opportunities for ownership, for pride of ownership is something all people strive to achieve. If something belongs to blacks, then the spirits say, "you will see changes."

On the other hand, the spirits also gave a warning. The situation between blacks and whites needs to change, with blacks becoming greater partners in America, in terms of ownership and their opinions. If this does not happen, the spirits say violence will be a natural result of the inequalities and disparities between blacks and whites. The spirits even gave Dr. Bob a timetable for changes to start happening in the United States, or they said the violence would begin around 2005-2010.

All human beings want to survive, have shelter, clothes, food, transportation, and the ability to take care of loved ones and family members. If you divide a country into the have and have not’s, so the have not's cannot take care of basic needs, then violence may be a consequence. The blacks distrust whites because of the history of this country. Whites should try and understand this distrust, because it is based on the history of our nation. It is time to go past this distrust and ignorance, and make everyone partners in our future - black, white, brown, yellow, and all nations and colors. The idea is to become better people, but first everyone needs to have a share of the pie, so we can then readjust our focus on becoming a spiritual nation.

Note – Dr. Bob said this is an excellent example of historical karma; problems of slavery, that started hundreds of years ago, are affecting the present day and still needs to be resolved.

Furthermore, Dr. Bob said, "Sometimes respect is more important than love."
