infections, in place of antibiotics, for the last 15 years. Even babies can
drink the tea mixed with fruit juice. There are no side effects from Pau D'arco
and it does not compromise immunity. Our children, and many thousands whose
parents we have told about Pau D'arco, are raised antibiotic-free. Caveat
emptor. There are numerous false Pau D'arco sold on the herbal market. Only the
Argentinean material is effective."
3. Dr. Bob advised ion-exchanged whey concentrate powder. Whey is a pre-digested
form of amino acids that has been shown in studies to boost immunity as high as
500 per cent! Dr. Bob used the expression often, "go with the flow and
contribute to the music of the motion." The potential to boost immunity 500

chemicals on your body, avoid unnecessary use of medications, especially
antibiotics, avoid unnecessary contact with hospitals and medical facilities,
and other such ideas to eliminate as much unnecessary stress to the body as
possible. Decreasing stress increases energy in the body that can be used to
improve health.
8. Dr. Bob advised high levels of hygiene when you are sick. The immune system
spends energy guarding the surface areas of the body. When you clean the scalp,
the skin, the mouth, and the entire body less immune system defense is needed to
protect your surface layers. This will boost energy in the body, which will help
boost immune system function when needed.
In conclusion, when you are sick you need to take steps to boost immunity
