Genetically Altered Food

Genetically altered foods are foods that use genes from other organisms to help crops ward off pests or grow faster. In the United States, about 50% of the soybeans and cotton and 35% of corn are genetically engineered. Currently, genetically altered foods may have the label, "may contain living modified organisms." This means the food may contain added genetic material. The companies that produce genetically altered food claim their products have been tested and proven safe. I am not convinced of this.

Genetically altered food when eaten may appear foreign to the body. If your body does not recognize the food it will attack it with an immune response. This means potential allergenic reactions may happen to people who eat genetically altered food.

For example, many people hear that fungus inside the body can be harmful. The harmful fungus will attempt to survive by eating your food supply. However, the fungus will leave leftover waste molecules once they are done eating the food they capture from you. The waste molecules from fungus are often not digestible because they are either unrecognizable or have been altered into a molecule that is not considered food, but considered toxic by the body. On the other hand, you have probably heard of the expression friendly flora. These are bacteria and other organisms that help you digest your food supply. In other words, your body needs friendly flora to help digest your food supply

Basically many allergenic and toxic reactions in the body occur when food is improperly digested, such as food that may be digested by harmful fungus. Genetically altered food may be food that when digested by harmful flora or even friendly flora, may not be recognized by the body and may result in immune response. So when you eat genetically altered food it is not known yet if the body will accept it or reject it. Everyone must decide for themselves if they wish to risk allergenic or toxic reactions by eating a type of food not yet scientifically shown to produce safe, digestive responses by the body.

Note – In order for these anti-aging ideas to be successful, you must use supplements of the highest quality. Dr. Bob often said, "almost all supplement companies produce poor quality." You can consider the product page of this web site. Almost all the products met Dr. Bob’s approval. Since he passed away we have attempted to keep the same high standards.
