Dr. Bob explained the major reason for missing teeth and gum problems is poor nutrition and a lack of vitamin C.  The skin and gums are made mainly from collagen in the body.  Vitamin C is essential for the production of collagen.  Dr. Bob recommended 3 grams total of vitamin C buffered powder daily, in divided doses.

Dr. Bob also recommended a multivitamin and mineral to supply needed cofactors, that work with vitamin C in helping the gums and teeth.  He recommended the brand Maxilife multivitamin and mineral powder.

To regenerate the gums, Dr. Bob advised to brush your gums with cayenne powder.  I have used cayenne powder to brush my teeth and gums and I can tell it works immediately in improving the gums.  Dr. Bob explained that cayenne powder increases circulation to the gums and this is why it is so effective.  (Note – you can also add a little vitamin C powder to your toothpaste.)

WARNING - If your teeth need cleaning, then do not use cayenne powder until you have seen a dentist.  Cayenne powder can be so effective and work so rapidly, new gum will often grow immediately, covering the dirty teeth and leaving dirt underneath the newly formed gum.  Therefore you need your teeth cleaned by a dentist before brushing with cayenne powder. 

Dr. Bob advised adding about 30-50 mg of cayenne powder to your regular toothpaste.  You may get results after the first brushing.  Dr. Bob said cayenne powder will also stop most tooth pain and other gum and teeth problems.

Also brush the back half of the tongue.  The tongue is filled with germs, which get on the teeth and gums, so when you brush your teeth also brush the back half of the tongue. 

Additionally Dr. Bob recommended gargling using vitamin C and E.  He said add vitamin C and dry vitamin E powder (you can break open capsules) to 8 ounces of distilled water and gargle.  This helps heal collagen and is useful in fighting bacteria in the mouth.  Dr. Bob also advised this gargle for chronic sore throats.

In conclusion, teeth and gum problems can be helped by supplementation of vitamin C, an excellent multivitamin and mineral, and brushing your teeth mixing in a little cayenne powder.  Dr. Bob often said, “good luck and may heaven’s blessings be yours.”
