The purpose of hormonal supplements is to get you back to youthful levels.  When you do not take them with this understanding it is possible you are tampering with Mother Nature.

Medicine is not a science because of biochemical individuality. 

Don't push.  Don't rush. Become one with the seasons.  Accept rest and float like leaves and dust.  Let go. Go with the flow as motes of golden dust rest and trust. 

Drink distilled water!  When you put any water but distilled water in a stream-iron, the water is flushed out.  The moral of the story is don’t put anything in your stomach that you can’t put in a stream-iron.  

Work for happy feelings!   

Become nothing for 20 minutes of meditation.  Think without using pictures or words. 

Do not take “the pill”!  Most hysterectomies are unneeded except in extreme emergencies.  Most forms of the pill mess you up badly.  Taking the pill messes up the sex life of 50% of women.  The pill has the ability to stop joy and sexual desire stone dead.  Eventually this leads a woman to depression and feeling crazy.   

Almost all estrogen replacements are bad because of the hormonal cascade.  Using hormonal supplements without understanding the hormonal cascade is tampering with Mother Nature.  The doctor or person doing the hormonal supplement needs to understand this or there is grave danger.

On understanding children, Dr. Bob said, “Instead of saying ‘no you can’t do that,’ you would say, ‘that is not allowed because you might get hurt.’”  His advise was to explain everything to a child and not use the word no. "Love can guide your child toward a respect for others and inner discipline necessary to live successfully in an imperfect world."
