Persistent Sore Throats |
Dr. Bob was a MD internal medicine, orthomolecular
doctor, MD psychiatrist, chiropractor, and healer 65 years.
He was a diabetic who lived to 108 years with only 1 side effect 2 years
before he passed away.
Dr. Bob said to treat a persistent sore throat by
gargling, using vitamin C powder mixed with distilled water.
He also said rinse your mouth with vitamin C powder and water for any
other problems of the mouth, such as toothaches, cuts, sores, and so on.
In addition drink about 2 to 3 grams of vitamin C powder mixed in juice
or distilled water 3 to 4 times a day. To
use as a gargle put about ˝ half teaspoon of buffered vitamin C powder in about
4 ounces of water. Dr. Bob also
recommended adding a little vitamin E powder with the vitamin C for your gargle.
Also take vitamin C 3 to 4 times a day instead of only once a day.
This gargle helps to keep the tissue levels of vitamin C high.
Dr. Bob said take the vitamin C for a few days to a week after the
symptoms are gone. This is because
the symptoms may have been depressed by the vitamin C and you still have not
fully healed.
Note
– In order for these nutritional ideas to be successful, you must use
supplements of the highest quality. Dr. Bob often said, “almost all supplement
companies produce poor quality.” You
can consider the product page of this
web site. All the products met Dr. Bob’s approval.
Since he passed away we have attempted to keep the same high standards on
new products.
