Dr. Bob's Viagra for Men |
Dr. Bob combined herbals and nutritional supplements to help improve a man's libido and to help in cases of impotency.
The following are Dr. Bob's recommendations to improve sexual potency and dysfunction:
1. Dr. Bob advised the herb Damiana. It is a small shrub found throughout Mexico, Central and South America, and the West Indies. In the ancient Maya Civilization Damiana was used as an aphrodisiac. In England and Germany, Damiana is used for its aphrodisiac properties. In Holland, medical herbalist Steinmetz states that the herb is so esteemed not only for its sexual enhancing qualities, but also for "its excellent effect on the reproductive organs."
2. Dr. Bob advised Catuaba. It is a medium sized vigorous growing tree in the northern part of Brazil, the Amazon, Pera, Pernambuco, Bahia, Maranhao, and Alagoas. Catuaba has a long history in herbal medicine as an aphrodisiac. In Brazilian herbal medicine today, Catuaba is regarded as an aphrodisiac with "proven efficacy," and use in treating impotency. Herb lists and health practitioners in the U.S. use Catuaba as a tonic for the genitals.
3. Dr. Bob advised Muira Puama. It is also called "potency wood." It comes from a bush or small tree up to 5 meters in height and is native to the Brazilian Amazon and other parts of northern Brazil. In Europe it is used to treat impotency. In two human trials Muira Puama was proven to be effective in improving libido and treating erectile dysfunction. In a study conducted in Paris, France, of 262 male patients experiencing lack of sexual desire and inability to attain or maintain an erection, 62% of the patients with loss of libido reported that the extract of Muira Puama "had a dynamic effect" and 51 % of patients with erectile dysfunction felt that Muira Puama was beneficial. (1,2) This appears as a much less expensive alternative to Viagra.
4. Dr Bob recommended you add 45 mg of zinc each day. Zinc can help increase testosterone levels
5. Dr. Bob advised 25-50 mg of DHEA daily for men over 35 years. This can sometimes increase testosterone levels. He said to take it 5 days on it and 2 days off it. Dr. Bob also said take it 6 weeks and then stop it 1 week.
6. Dr. Bob advised 300 mg magnesium and 600 calcium daily 30-60 minutes before sex.
7. Dr. Bob advised 200-400 mcg chromium picolinate 30-60 minutes before sex. This is to help increase energy.
8. Dr. Bob advised 400 mg of inositol hexanicotinate (niacin-no flush) 30-60 minutes before sex. It helps release growth hormone and growth hormone is important in sexuality.
9. Dr. Bob advised 100 mg of vitamin B6 30-60 minutes before sex.
10. Dr. Bob advised 500 mg vitamin B5 30-60 minutes before sex. It can help release human growth hormone.
A final note is the first 3 herbs, Catuaba, Muira Puama, and Damiana are combined in a formula called, "Male Plus Amazon Formulae for Men," and it is sold on the

Note In order for these anti-aging ideas to be successful, you must use supplements of the highest quality. Dr. Bob often said, "almost all supplement companies produce poor quality." You can consider the
product page of this web site. Almost all the products met Dr. Bobs approval. Since he passed away we have attempted to keep the same high standards.
