Vitamin C & Acne

Dr. Bob was a MD internal medicine, orthomolecular doctor, MD psychiatrist, chiropractor, and healer 65 years. He was a diabetic who lived to 108 years with only 1 side effect 2 years before he passed away.

Dr. Bob advised a couple of methods using vitamin C to treat acne. On the acne that was like an open sore, he said use the water-soluble vitamin C and mix in a little distilled water. Then use an eyedropper to drop the vitamin C, mixed in distilled water, onto the acne. After you have done this, then use a topical vitamin C to spread over the acne. If the acne is open sores then use water-soluble vitamin C mixed as concentrated as you can with organic aloe vera gel. Use this to seal over the acne. If the acne are closed, then instead of the above method, use ascorbyl palmitate, a fat soluble vitamin C mixed with A and D cream or some other fat soluble cream. Mix it highly concentrated. Use this to treat acne that is closed and not like open sores.

Acne is usually a symptom of other problems in the body. This topical method is to help the skin problems of acne, not as a treatment for the root causes of acne.

Note – In order for these anti-aging ideas to be successful, you must use supplements of the highest quality. Dr. Bob often said, "almost all supplement companies produce poor quality." You can consider the product page of this web site. Almost all the products met Dr. Bob’s approval. Since he passed away we have attempted to keep the same high standards.
